Investments
Investments are carried out for our members based on their profile. All investments are always structured in such a way that some security is offered in order to secure partly or entirely the invested amounts. Please be advised that we deal only with those of our members that are accredited investors as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US. For a more thorough explanation of this terminology, please either consult your legal advisor or consult the US SEC directly.
Debentures and Corporate Medium Term Notes
Alpen Ressourcen Sparkassa, directly and or indirectly, has corporate instruments that are for a major part, secured by Standard and Poors A or better rated financial institutions instruments. Said instruments can be in various forms.
Usually these Debentures and Medium Term Notes are issued by affiliated and or member companies that are seeking to raise funds for their projects. Please consult us for more details.
Documentary Credits Services
Alpen Ressourcen Sparkassa provides directly and/or indirectly Documentary Credits Services to those of our members that are in need of such services for the acquisition and sale of commodities or others as applicable.
Guarantees, Letters of Credit
Alpen Ressourcen Sparkassa can under some specific circumstances caused to be issued or itself issue such instruments for project financing and/or others as applicable. Please consult us for more information.
Loans and Project Financing
Alpen Ressourcen Sparkassa can under some specific circumstances, either directly or indirectly, cause projects to be funded. The minimum amount is Two Million United States Dollars. The maximum amount can be substantially high, based on the collateral offered as well as the means chosen in order to fund the project. Higher amounts projects with satisfactory collateral can be syndicated with other financial institutions. Another financing means reside in the write up and sale of Variable rate Demand Bonds that will be sold to institutional buyers. |
